The psalmist tells the audience to praise the Lord, and describes a number of His qualities

He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his truth. | Again, v.10 catches my attention. But again, this could mean that the earth is stable, secure, or most likely enduring from the Hebrew word kôn. Now from v. 7 to v. 9, it is again said that the Lord has strength, glory, holiness, and splendor, and all of us (O families of nations) must (it sounds like a command) ascribe all these to Him. Not just families of nations, but all the earth, even the nonliving things and things that cannot sing, like the sea and the trees. A judgement in truth and righteousness by the Lord was mentioned in v. 13 | The Lord has strength, glory, holiness, and splendor and we must give it to Him. |
